Sohani trained at The College of Homeopathy, London where she qualified in 1984. In 1986 she became a Member of The College of Homeopathy and The Society of Homeopaths. As a homeopath she has been in private practice over 35 years and practised in Brighton, London and Dorset. Sohani practises Homeopathy and Nutrition in Dorset near Blandford Forum, Dorchester, Wareham and Wimborne and can be reached easily from Poole, Bournemouth and Bridport .Sohani practises Homeopathy, Nutrition and Vega Testing at home in Milborne St Andrew, a village which is easily accessible from all areas of Dorset. She has retired from The Society of Homeopaths after 30 years.

Sohani studied other complementary therapies, including Medical Herbalism and Nutrition, which she finds compliments her Homeopathy when appropriate.

She has a passionate approach to achieving health. Besides homeopathy, it may include nutritional and supplement advice, diet, exercise plus other healing techniques, including the latest 'healing tools' available on the market.

Past clinics included the renowned Dolphin Clinic in Brighton specialising in treating children with a variety of complementary therapies. Sohani worked two days a week and was one of the three homeopaths treating 12 families a day.
Sohani is experienced treating pregnant Mums, infants and young children and advising and supporting young parents with nutritional advice and first aid homeopathic treatment.
